Warehouse Lead
Location: Largo
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$24 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Lead. This position is ideal for someone who brings leadership, reliability, and strong warehouse & production.
As a key player in our operations, you’ll oversee daily warehouse functions. You will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Pick and pack small package & LTL orders.
- Prepare and palletize products for shipment.
- Wrap pallets and ensure secure packaging.
- Load/unload inbound and outbound trucks.
- Manage and process shipping/receiving paperwork.
Leadership & Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols.
- Support and guide team members on production stations.
- Monitor quality and performance throughout daily operations.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or chemical handling.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Clean background required (background check will be conducted).
