Position: Welder – Fabrication
Location: Cleburne, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20 – $22/hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
A well-established manufacturing operation in Cleburne, TX is seeking a skilled Welder with fabrication experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for individuals with strong MIG and TIG welding skills and the ability to work from blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on structural components and systems

Assist in TIG welding operations – TIG training will be provided during the first week

Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts based on blueprints and layout specifications

Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all welding work

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of fabrication welding experience (shop-based preferred)

Proficient in MIG welding</strong>; TIG experience required (training provided for application-specific TIG use)

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints

Skilled in metal fitting and fabrication techniques

Must pass a MIG weld test during the interview process

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Must be available to work up to 12-hour shifts and occasional half-days on Saturdays
Preferred Background:
-
Candidates with shop fabrication experience are strongly preferred
-
This is not a pipe-fitting or oilfield welding position – candidates with only that background are unlikely to be a fit
