Project Coordinator
Remote (Preference CST/EST; PST considered if able to work 8–5 PM CST)
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale business process and technology transformation. This role will be focused on coordinating training and change management activities tied to the integration of multiple systems into a single SAP-based platform.
Responsibilities
- Support training preparation and execution, including catering arrangements, scheduling, meeting logistics, and technology setup.
- Coordinate calendars, confirm meeting rooms, and ensure materials are printed and distributed.
- Assist with trainer/trainee access and provide logistical support during training sessions.
- Work closely with project managers, the change management team, and the training team to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage resources for over 500 individuals, keeping schedules, communications, and materials organized.
- Create, edit, and publish communications in SharePoint.
- Maintain and update PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and organizational chat tools.
- Upload, edit, and manage training content across platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Experience in project coordination, process improvement, training support, or resource management is a plus.
