Kelly’s customer, who is located in Burlington, ON, is looking for a permanent Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work 16 – 20 hours per week (flexibility with hours)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General administrative duties – answering phone, printing, filing
- Updating and creating spreadsheets
- Updating and maintaining database
- Provide office support where needed
- Managing general email account
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
- Problem solver
PERKS:
- Flexible work hours (16- 20 hours per week) Monday – Friday.
