Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$45-$53 per hour; based on experience.

What’s a typical day as a Sourcer? You’ll be:
• Proactively sourcing passive candidates through advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches on resume databases, social media, LinkedIn, and industry directories to uncover high-quality talent pools.
• Conducting thorough candidate prescreening and facilitating presentations to hiring managers and the recruiting team using various Talent Acquisition platforms to maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity of data.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of vacancies, developing sourcing strategies that target critical, high-level talent in competitive markets.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3-5+ years in a dedicated Sourcing Role or Executive Sourcing Role (not full-cycle recruitment) with experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Have technical sourcing experience, particularly in Data and Engineering, and are familiar with healthcare or manufacturing industry recruitment.
• Are a team player with a willingness to learn and adapt, leveraging technology to support sourcing and candidate management.
