Shift & Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $15/hr (7am-7pm)
2nd Shift: $16/hr (7pm-7am)
Temp to hire opportunity with a $2 pay increase upon hire! 

What’s a typical day as a Packer? You’ll be:

  • Packing finished goods and preparing products for shipment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

  • Performing quality checks and ensuring correct counts and packaging of products

  • Making minor machine adjustments and maintaining machinery such as adhesive tapers and automatic sealers

  • Ensuring labels are present and correctly placed on finished goods or work in progress

  • Stacking finished products for transportation and maintaining good housekeeping in your work area

  • Adhering to all company safety rules, regulations, and policies, and completing paperwork accurately and promptly

  • Reporting any health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency issues to your supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous packer experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)

  • Can work effectively as part of a team

  • Are able to follow standard work instructions

  • Are physically able to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, and bend throughout your shift

  • Possess a high level of manual dexterity for repetitive tasks

  • Are willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, masks, glasses, hearing protection, hard hat or bump cap, hair/beard net, and gloves

  • No jewelry, no fake nails or polish, no fake eyelashes
