Now Hiring: Production Associates – B Shift
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area)
Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift:
- B Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory overtime during peak season (November and December) — a great way to earn extra cash for the holidays!
We’re partnering with a busy manufacturing facility in Rochester to hire dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates for B Shift. This is a temporary opportunity with long-term potential, and a great way to build your manufacturing skills.
Whether you’re looking to start right away or get a head start for upcoming openings, we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates may be invited for a site tour and early onboarding to be ready when additional needs arise.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collating (organizing parts or products), labeling, binning, and verifying materials
- Supporting quality control and preparing orders for shipment
- Following safety procedures and keeping work areas clean
- Meeting production goals and participating in overtime as needed
- Mostly standing throughout the shift, with occasional walking and bending to pick up materials
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
