Kelly is now hiring a Temporary Bilingual Recruiting Assistant for a customer in La Vergne, TN. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in our recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. – Pay Rate: $20/hr
– Shift: Flexible, typically 1st shift, 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Screen candidates for basic qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the role.
– Schedule interviews and communicate promptly with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process.
– Assist with candidate tracking, data entry, and maintain accurate records in Lever.
– Support recruiting efforts with new hire paperwork, onboarding coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
– (Bi-lingual candidates are a plus!)
Qualifications & Skills:
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in data entry and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.
