Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr + 8% shift differential ($20.25/hr)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Sunday (varied)
Assignment:Ending in December ($2500 bonus if you complete the project)
Requirements: Steel-toe shoes required
About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution center. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Seal bags using a heat sealer (no gas involved)

Ship and receive products
-
Move and sort pallets with a manual pallet jack

Break down pallets and prepare boxes

Organize warehouse areas and support office/sealer room

Assist with product sortation and loading prep

Perform counts, inventories, and basic math as needed

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Take on other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For

Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred (not required)

Ability to lift, move, and sort materials safely

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment

Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
