Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Location: Weston, FL
What’s a typical day as a Supply Planning Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Processing consumption orders and logging supplier receipts in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconciling physical inventory counts with ERP records
- Verifying invoices against received goods to ensure alignment
- Monitoring stock movements and confirming returned or inspected goods are accurately reflected in inventory
- Flagging and escalating any data discrepancies or inventory issues
- Following established processes and standard operating procedures under guidance from senior team members
- Supporting the Supply Planner by handling day-to-day execution tasks, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and process improvements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Possess basic knowledge of supply chain principles (preferred)
- Are familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools
- Want to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
