Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)

We’re hiring a reliable Production Technician to join our team at a key manufacturing site in Rock Hill, SC. This is a temp-to-hire role offering long-term opportunity for individuals with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to support production goals

Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues

Perform fiber handling, splicing, and visual inspections

Package and label finished goods per specifications

Maintain accurate production records

Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
Requirements

High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work 12-hour rotating shifts

Basic computer skills and mechanical comfort

Must pass essential function testing and respirator fit test

Manufacturing experience preferred, especially with fiber, textiles, or nonwovens
