Kelly Services is hiring! We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Operator to join our client’s team in Lakewood, NY on 3rd shift. If you have warehouse experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
? Position Details:
- Location: Lakewood, NY
- Pay: $21/hour
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM (schedule subject to customer needs)
- Overtime: Mandatory OT after 2 weeks of training (up to 12-hour shifts)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organize and stage part containers
- Create shipping labels, documentation, and bills of lading
- Input data into ERP systems
- Operate Kushman for loading and unloading
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Strong attendance and communication skills
- Basic data entry and mechanical skills
