  What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You will:

  
  

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.

  
  

• Perform preventative maintenance checks and document findings.

  
  

• Resolve electrical issues and support PLC/drive troubleshooting.

  
  

• Maintain machine productivity and quality during repairs or downtime.

  
  

• Handle welding, utilities, ventilation, and plumbing maintenance.

  
  

• Operate forklifts safely and maintain building safety standards.

  
  

• Support team leaders and respond quickly to safety concerns.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.

  
  

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

  
  

• Knowledge of electricity, troubleshooting, PLCs, and drives.

  
  

• Welding experience (MIG and/or arc).

  
  

• Forklift operation experience (training available).

  
  

• Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
