Job Title: Bilingual/ Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour
Location: Deer Park TX 77536
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual/ Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Principal Functions:

Ship and receive all deliverable products
-
Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
Daily Duties:
-
Review pick tickets for accuracy and special requirements
-
Pull material from inventory and package orders for shipment
-
Complete shipping documents and obtain freight charges from carriers
-
Receive, count, inspect, and store incoming materials
-
Enter receiving data into the inventory system
-
Process non-conformances and control customer-supplied products
-
Perform cycle counts and assist with material pickups/deliveries
-
Assemble or torque level gauges as required

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Duties:

Maintain warehouse equipment and consumables
-
Call customers to coordinate will-call pickups
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Work closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales, auditors, and vendors

Assist in facility upkeep and repairs
-
Update customer plant access/entry orientation cards
-
Gain product and bill of material knowledge

Follow ISO quality processes and company safety procedures
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
-
High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
-
Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
-
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
-
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
