Packaging Associate – 12-Hour Day Shift | $17.82/hr | Canandaigua, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Only 15 Workdays/Month
Looking to earn full-time pay while working fewer days? We’re hiring Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced, clean food production facility in Canandaigua, NY. This is a 12-hour day shift role with a built-in rotation that gives you every other weekend off and only 15 workdays a month!
Schedule Options (Day Shift):
- Friday–Sunday (FSS) or Saturday–Monday (SSM)
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay:
- $17.82/hour (paid weekly)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect, load, and pack food products into trays and boxes
- Stack finished cases and prep for shipping
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Hit daily production and quality targets
- Follow GMP, PPE, and food safety rules
- Report safety issues or defects as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving throughout long shifts
- Able to work in a warm, temperature-controlled environment
- No acrylic nails, nail polish, false lashes, or jewelry (due to food safety)
- Positive, dependable, and ready to work with a team
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred – but not required!
