Packaging Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Location: Canandaigua, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.28/hour
Schedule:
- 7:30am – 7:30pm Rotating – every other weekend off
Work Less, Earn More:
- Only 15 workdays per month
- 3-day weekend every other week
- Full-time hours with built-in rest days
Join a fast-paced, temperature-controlled food production facility as a Packaging Associate on the 12-hour day shift. You’ll support the manufacturing team with product inspection, packaging, and stacking – a vital role in maintaining line efficiency and product quality.
Tours available immediately – start quickly if it’s a fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare boxes and materials for packaging
- Visually inspect products at your station
- Load product into containers and trays
- Stack finished cases for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support line productivity by hitting target goals
- Follow all PPE, GMP, and food safety standards
- Report any safety issues, hazards, or injuries immediately
What You Bring:
- Ability to stand long period of times
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Can work in a warm, temperature-controlled environment
- No acrylic nails, nail polish, false lashes, or jewelry (due to food safety regulations)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus but not required
