Corpus Christi- Office Coordinator
Contract Position- $20/hour
Downtown Corpus Christi office- Free parking
Flexible start and end time/ half day Fridays

Office Responsibilities:

  • Check and distribute incoming mail, drop off and/or schedule pickups for outgoing mail

  • Stocking kitchens Supervising and communicating with Lonestar

  • Reserving conference rooms

  • Help with setting up for events, ordering catering/menu plan/set up/ clean up

  • Office supplies orders from Staples, Amazon etc.

  • Cost comparisons and research into better deals on office/kitchen supplies

  • Stock copy rooms

  • Put building requests in IMPAK Portal, coordinator with contractors for repairs and equipment servicing

  • Set up services for field offices as needed (ex: janitorial)

  • Meet visitors in lobby and notify those they are visiting or run interference

  • Kastle badges/access, garage tags

  • Work with Kastle to set up access for shared profiles between division offices

  • Office setups- furniture, basic supplies, badges, welcome packet

  • Office building moves and furniture inventory, mover coordination, etc.

  • Water the plants

  • Fire procedure

Fleet Responsibilities:
 

  • Clean out of personal/Work items from trucks that are turned in due to mileage or reassignment issue new trucks

Crossover Duties with AP Group:
 

  • Greet visitors at receptionist desk

  • Answering CC division phone line

  • Outgoing/Incoming mail- this includes stamping and taking mail to mailbox

  • Sign for Fed-ex, UPS deliveries and notify employees of packages delivered.

  • Print Fed-ex/UPS labels and assist with tracking packages

  • Scanning and data entry

  • Respond payment status inquiries from vendors

  • Simple invoice processing
