We are seeking a motivated Benefit Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Apex, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing questions and inquiries related to the health benefits offered by the company.
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Duration: Temporary role for 2-3 months
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries about health benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
Provide accurate information regarding plan options, coverage details, and eligibility requirements.
Assist customers in resolving issues related to their benefits and claims.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or health-related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems is a plus.
