Job details
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Sales Associate to join our team in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience as they explore model homes.
Location: Clayton, NC
Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour
Schedule: 40-hour work week with rotating weekends
- Monday-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM – 4 PM or 1 PM – 5 PM
Note: This position requires biweekly weekend work.
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a client-facing role.
- Greet all clients as they enter the premises.
- Conduct tours and walk clients through model homes, addressing any inquiries.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite, with heavy Excel experience required.
- Must be personable and committed to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in furniture or car sales is beneficial for this role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have customer Service or Sales experience.
