Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN.  We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available on 2nd shift Monday-Friday!

Positions start at over $21 per hour! Apply for more details.

2nd shift: $21.60 / hour

  • Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm 

  • Will be required to work some Saturdays as needed based on business needs (typically 1 - 2 per month during heavy production times)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be certified)

  • Are at least 18 years of age

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment 

  • Ability to work from heights – will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet

 

What’s a typical day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

  • Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift

  • Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment

  • Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner

  • Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
