Job Title: In-House Recruiting Assistant

Job Summary:
Join Kelly as an In-House Recruiting Assistant and be at the forefront of supporting our dynamic recruitment and onboarding processes! Based in our office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and a seamless candidate experience by processing drug tests and I-9 verifications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping great talent find their place.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-Time Temp

  • Location: North Charleston, SC (In-Office)

  • Pay Rate: $18-$20/Hour

  • Shift: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process candidate drug tests and I-9 employment eligibility verifications with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

  • Maintain organized records of candidate information and onboarding progress.

  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers as needed.

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates regarding onboarding and compliance questions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or HR coursework preferred.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
