Production Associate – Holley, NY
Shift: 1st 6am-6:30pm $17.54/hr
2nd 6pm-6:30am $19.04/hr
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate for our 1st and 2nd shift. If you have experience in production and a strong commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with all aspects of production.
- Understanding of safety requirements and quality assurance procedures.
- Basic math and reading skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE and following lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Quality: Follow the Precision Packaging Quality manual and conduct visual/functional checks.
- Production: Meet or exceed production quotas and communicate cycle times to the Shift Leader.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with previous and following shift operators.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and orderly workstation throughout the shift.
Physical Demands:
- Light to moderate physical effort; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
