AR Credit and Collections Specialist
Location: Roselle, IL 60172
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

• Conduct daily collection calls with customers and sales representatives.

  
  

• Manage and reconcile activity for high-profile accounts, including National and Specialty Accounts.

  
  

• Review and resolve issues such as short pays, short ships, and tax discrepancies.

  
  

• Notify sales personnel of potential problem accounts and blocked orders.

  
  

• Identify and manage credit risk, assign credit limits, and evaluate credit information.

  
  

• Run and resolve aging, unapplied cash, short pay, and credit reports.

  
  

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts, including processing offsets, write-offs, and confirming payment applications.

Must-Haves (Qualifications):

• 2+ years of experience in AR, Credit, or Collections.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of the full AR cycle.

  
  

• Experience handling high-volume calls and account reconciliations.

  
  

• Ability to evaluate credit data and assign credit limits.

  
  

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

  
  

• Credit check required.
