Shipping/Receiving Worker – LC Associate
Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr.
Position Type: Temp to Hire
 
Company Overview
Join our Logistics Center and become a vital member of a dynamic team supporting fast-paced operations for our Pure Storage business. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll ensure top-notch service and timely delivery for our customers, working in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Verify products to reduce errors while picking, cycle counting, putting away, and receiving, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately receive, unpack, and put away all incoming packages and inventory.

  • Maintain inventory integrity during cycle count and quality checks.

  • Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.

  • Operate an electric pallet jack safely (minimum 6 months to 1 year experience required).

  • Execute all pick functions, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.

  • Lift heavy items and assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned.

  • Complete shipments using carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

  • Utilize Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Oracle ERP experience preferred.

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and wear steel-toed safety shoes at all times.

 
Requirements:

  • 6 months–1 year electric pallet jack experience; forklift experience a plus.

  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems; LC Associate II and MHE experience preferred.

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems (such as Oracle) is desirable.

  • Shipping/Receiving experience, including FedEx/UPS.

  • Must wear steel-toed shoes; locker provided.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer service mindset.

  • Must be available for Teams video interview.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
