Location: Franklin, MA
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Franklin, MA location. Position Overview
The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Working closely with the Director of Merchandising, this position supports purchasing, forecasting, and warehouse performance goals. The role requires a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple responsibilities across inventory and warehouse initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct, document, and reconcile cycle counts and bin audits across all warehouse zones.

Execute and track warehouse transfers, inter-location replenishment, and cross-dock updates.

Partner with the Reverse Logistics Supervisor on the disposition of damaged, scrap, and returned items.

Develop replenishment suggestions, monitor inventory levels, and communicate overstock/understock risks.

Coordinate with Finance on inventory adjustments and shrink reporting.

Review inventory turns and safety stock, recommending improvements as needed.

Enhance alert notifications for internal and external inventory updates.

Support forecasting and backorder analysis with the Director of Merchandising, CFO, and Purchasing team.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse logistics, or related operations.

Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (P21 and WWMS preferred).

Proven experience leading cycle count programs and performing reconciliations.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods.
