What’s a typical day as a Sales Support Analyst? You’ll be:
-
Supporting the Services Commercial Execution team through data-driven analytics, metrics, and insights to drive profitable growth.
-
Delivering Service Market & Life-cycle analytics to identify targets, trends, and market opportunities.
-
Partnering with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to align strategy and execution.
-
Building and maintaining Salesforce.com dashboards to provide leading indicators and measure funnel performance.
-
Driving growth programs by identifying customers with aged assets for lead generation campaigns.
-
Supporting initiatives to gain price improvements, margin growth, and client satisfaction.
-
Preparing analytics for scorecards, business reviews, and leadership reporting.
-
Leveraging Business Intelligence tools to improve data quality, simplify offerings, and enhance efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

3–5 years of experience supporting a large sales organization with analytics and modeling.

A Bachelor’s degree.
-
Strong skills in data analytics, reporting, and managing large datasets.
-
Advanced Excel expertise.
-
3–5 years of experience with Salesforce.com or Siebel (including dashboards and reporting).
-
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
-
Bonus if you have experience with Power BI, Spotfire, Einstein Analytics, or Anaplan.
-
Background in MedTech or Healthcare is a plus.
