LOGISTICS CLERK

  • 100% on.site at Burlington, ON

  • 1st shift: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM –Monday to Friday

  • Pay Rate: (CAD) 19.85

  • Contract: T4 under staffing suppliers, 6-month duration (with possible extension according to performance)

This position is a Logistics Clerk – Shipping responsible for the full cycle of receiving, storing, and shipping goods (cards, collateral, and supplies).

Key duties:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately inspecting, storing, and performing ERP transactions for materials.


  • Security & Vault Control: Following strict security protocols for handling materials, controlling vault access, and ensuring secure processes.


  • Shipping & Mailing: Performing daily mailing duties, securely handling electronic lists, sorting, labeling, tracking shipments, and generating all necessary documentation.


  • Equipment Operation: Operating a forklift and other material handling equipment safely (training provided).


  • Compliance: Actively promoting and participating in all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), security, and quality procedures, and resolving logistical issues.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education


  • Strong math skills.


  • Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel),


  • Soft: high sense of responsibility, confidentiality, detail-orientation, and the ability to work independently


  • Physical: lift up to 40 lbs.
