Light Industrial Machine Operators at North Kingstown, RI NEDEED!
- 100% Onsite
- Monday to Friday
- 1st shift: 6:55 am – 2:55 pm / Pay rate: 17.50$ per hour
- 2nd shift: 2:55 pm – 10:55 pm / Pay rate: 18.73$ per hour
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier, 5-month duration (possible extension according to performance)
SUMMARY: This Machine Operator role in N. Kingstown involves operating various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards and meet customer specifications.
Key responsibilities:

Operation & Quality: Operating equipment in a high-paced environment, exceeding production/quality targets, and independently inspecting own work.

Maintenance: Performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments.

Problem Solving: Identifying and recommending solutions for potential production and quality issues.

Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with all security and production policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, basic computer/math skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- 1-3 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing/production settings is preferred.
- Ability to lift load up to 40-50 ppunds.
