Job Summary:
We are seeking In-Vivo Research Associates, Scientists, and Study Directors with experience ranging from 1 to 15 years. These roles often support preclinical pharmacology, toxicology, or drug discovery studies. Opportunities vary but typically involve working with small and/or large animal models to support translational and efficacy studies across a range of therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Performing in-vivo procedures such as dosing (IV, IP, PO, SC), blood collection, tissue harvesting, necropsy, and animal handling.
- Supporting preclinical studies in areas like oncology, neuroscience, metabolic disease, or immunology.
- Monitoring animal health, documenting observations, and maintaining compliance with IACUC protocols and AAALAC standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including pharmacologists, toxicologists, and bioanalytical scientists.
- Assisting in study design, execution, and data analysis for efficacy or safety studies.
- Maintaining high standards of animal welfare and ethical research practices.
- Participating in protocol development, report writing, and regulatory documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Biology, Animal Science, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- 1–15 years of hands-on in-vivo experience in an academic, biotech, CRO, or pharmaceutical setting.
- Proficiency in one or more animal models (mouse, rat, or large animals).
- Experience with various routes of administration and sampling techniques.
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP standards and animal research regulations is a plus.
- AALAS certification (ALAT, LAT, LATG) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
