Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Friday)
Pay Rates:
- Machine Operator: $21.00/hour
- General Utility Associate: $18.00/hour

We’re hiring motivated, reliable individuals to join our growing production team! We have immediate openings for Machine Operators and General Utility Associates on our 2nd shift (3PM–1AM, Monday–Friday). These roles are critical to our success — whether you’re experienced in operating machinery or ready to take on a hands-on support role, we want to hear from you.
Available Roles
? Machine Operator — $21.00/hour
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery. You’ll ensure efficient operation, high product quality, and minimal waste, working closely with the production team and following safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to work orders
- Operate machinery to produce product to exact specifications
- Monitor gauges, controls, and product quality
- Complete accurate production and downtime paperwork
- Conduct quality checks using calipers, measuring tape, and gauges
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (6S process)
Qualifications:
- 6–12 months of machine operation or similar manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with hand tools and machine controls
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
? General Utility Associate — $18.00/hour
The General Utility Associate plays a key support role on the production floor. You’ll assist with material handling, loading/unloading, tracking production, and ensuring shipments are staged correctly — all while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Load/unload production lines and build finished pallets
- Assist with inventory counts and material staging
- Operate mixers or assist in basic machine operation
- Support quality checks (visual or with tools)
- Help track downtime and production issues
- Keep work area clean and organized (6S process)
Qualifications:
- General work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong team mindset and willingness to learn
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and proactive
