Kelly® is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to work at a premier client in Golden, CO. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.75/hr

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative?
You’ll be:
• Providing sales, product support, and logistical services to clients to help achieve sales goals and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Generating and providing sales quotations for prospective clients, maintaining client product profiles, and distributing ongoing quotations.
• Creating and maintaining client price lists and discount pricing agreements.
• Processing client orders, preparing required documentation, and ensuring order accuracy for shipment.
• Preparing and completing custom paperwork for shipping, including Rapid Returns and Fast Tracks.
• Assisting in inventory maintenance of finished goods and raw materials.
• Handling incoming customer support calls, emails, and web requests.
• Maintaining accurate client notes in Microsoft CRM and Syspro.
• Fulfilling client service-related functions for international, key accounts, and OpCo sister company accounts.
• Participating in other sales, client service, logistical, and customer satisfaction activities as needed.

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bring two years of customer service and/or sales support experience
• Thrive working as part of a team in a fast-paced, efficient environment.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
