This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role based in Lima, NY, offering hands-on work, a clean facility, and great long-term potential.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $19.55/hour (paid weekly)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate converting and packaging machinery
  

• Inspect printed and packaged items for accuracy and quality
  

• Complete labeling and final packaging tasks
  

• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow standard procedures
  

• Accurately log shift output and quality checks

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have manufacturing or production experience (preferred)
  

• Are reliable and comfortable working overnight
  

• Have good focus and attention to detail
  

• Can work independently and follow structured training
  

• Have reliable transportation (no public transit available)
