Technical Service Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, laptop provided)


About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to join our Medical Device technical service contact center. You’ll act as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, handling service requests, spare parts orders, and technical support activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound/outbound calls and create service requests (repairs, maintenance, installations, depot service)


  • Enter and track spare parts orders, inventory movements, and delivery issues in SAP


  • Dispatch service orders to field staff and support daily/weekly reporting


  • Maintain equipment records, preventive maintenance plans, and SharePoint requests


  • Collaborate with technical assistance, hotline team, and other business units


  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and typing skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
