Pay Rate: $24.13/HR
Work Setup: Hybrid (In-office 2 days/week; office closed Fridays)
Position Type: Temporary 10/13/2025 to 3/27/2026

This role provides operational support for the team, including assistance with portal functionality, supporting agents and internal sales, and annual enrollment activities related to supported portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, and ticketing systems

  • Track and manage support tasks using Microsoft Teams and ticketing tools

  • Participate in user acceptance testing and reviews for annual renewal projects

  • Make outbound calls and respond to access-related issues, including password resets, and high priority tickets

  • Support Small Group sales processes, including data entry and ID card requests

  • Attend meetings and contribute to assigned activities as needed

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem identification and resolution skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting demands and high complexity

  • Positive attitude and the ability to participate as part of a team to ensure plan compliance

  • Strong application knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

  • 2+ years of experience

Preferred:

  • Experience working with non-profit or healthcare organization

  • Familiarity with healthcare products and services, including Medicare

  • Experience in technology platforms, business analysis, communications, or project management
