Snapshot:
Location: Rockford, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Work Setup: Potential opportunity to transition to Hybrid (In-office 3 days/week)
Position Type: Temporary 11/03/2025 to 3/31/2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides operational support to the Sr. Director of Provider Network Relations
- Sending out daily emails after pulling reports out of SalesForce and local databases and compiling the information
- Review closed inventory to identify if the case was closed correctly
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED (some college or degree preferred)
- Knowledge using SalesForce
- Knowledge using Excel (Formula & Pivot table creation and manipulation/maintenance, Data formatting (sorting, filtering, conditional formatting), use of Data Tools, Charts and Analysis) - Intermediate to Advanced experience is required
- Must know how to navigate Outlook for email Investigative skills and critical thinking
- MS Office experience
