Training & Education Materials Technician – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr
Kelly Engineering is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in dental solutions and training. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting the Training & Education warehouse in Pomona, CA.
Role Overview
The Training & Education Materials Technician plays a critical role in preparing and managing dental training kits, equipment, and materials for educational programs. This position is hands-on, detail-focused, and ideal for someone looking for a long-term career path in a stable and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, QC, and pack dental kits and training equipment.

Process returns, restock inventory, and document discrepancies.

Create shipping and return labels using UPS CampusShip.

Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in audits.

Collaborate with a small warehouse team (Lead + Coordinator).

Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.

Basic computer literacy (shipping systems, Microsoft Office).

Strong reliability and work ethic.

Detail-oriented with ability to QC small parts.

ERP/Dynamics 365 experience preferred, but not required.
Contract-to-Hire | On-Site in Pomona, CA | $23–$25/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start 7–8 AM)
