Training & Education Materials Technician – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr

Kelly Engineering is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in dental solutions and training. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting the Training & Education warehouse in Pomona, CA.

Role Overview

The Training & Education Materials Technician plays a critical role in preparing and managing dental training kits, equipment, and materials for educational programs. This position is hands-on, detail-focused, and ideal for someone looking for a long-term career path in a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, QC, and pack dental kits and training equipment.


  • Process returns, restock inventory, and document discrepancies.


  • Create shipping and return labels using UPS CampusShip.


  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in audits.


  • Collaborate with a small warehouse team (Lead + Coordinator).


  • Follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.


  • Basic computer literacy (shipping systems, Microsoft Office).


  • Strong reliability and work ethic.


  • Detail-oriented with ability to QC small parts.


  • ERP/Dynamics 365 experience preferred, but not required.

Contract-to-Hire | On-Site in Pomona, CA | $23–$25/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start 7–8 AM)
