Production Assembler – A Shift | $16.50–$17/hr | Gates-Chili, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay
Join a growing manufacturing team in the Gates-Chili area! This is a great entry-level opportunity in a clean, organized facility offering steady hours, training, and long-term potential.
Schedule:
- Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16.50–$17/hr (based on experience)
Location: Gates-Chili (not on a bus line – personal transportation required)
Job Duties:
- Assemble, sort, and package small components
- Use hand tools and semi-automatic machines
- Perform visual inspections for quality
- Keep your work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Reliable personal transportation (required)
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willing to follow safety, cleanliness, and PPE standards
- Additional Details
- Must be open to occasional travel to nearby client sites within Monroe County which comes with Differential Pay!
- A pay differential is offered when temporarily assigned to another site
- Clean-room production environment:
- No nail polish, artificial nails, lash extensions, or jewelry during work hours
