Job Description:
This professional will be responsible for reviewing, revising and updating process systems parameters in MES process routings to ensure accuracy in planning schedules supporting capacity and inventory controls. The selected candidate will identify process waste to promote an efficient manufacturing flow across the site. This role owns the maintenance of process parameters, like run, setup, queue times and scrap factors. Also, this individual will be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of a diverse project portfolio of over 200 initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and self-driven professional
- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization
- Fully bilingual
- Prior experience in process modeling, highly desired.
- Prior experience in manufacturing process design, highly desired.
- SAP experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proficient in waste identification and time observations
- Highly adaptable individual capable of multitasking within tasks
- Cost modeling experience highly desired
Experience & background:
- Requires an entry to mid-level expertise of a manufacturing process environment
- Engineering BS in Industrial Engineering with manufacturing environment experience.
- US citizenship is a must
