Machine Repair Technician – Direct Hire | $35/hr | 3rd Shift
Location: Lakewood, NY
Pay: ~$35/hour (flexible based on experience) + overtime opportunities
Shift: 3rd Shift, 10 PM – 7 AM

What you’ll do:
As a Machine Repair Technician on 3rd shift, you’ll keep production moving by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting advanced systems, including:
• Conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and CNC machinery.
• Complex electrical and mechanical systems used in engine component manufacturing.
• Performing diagnostics and independent repairs without requiring a journeyman card.

What we’re looking for:
This role is a great fit if you:
• Bring 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Have hands-on experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automated systems.
• Can work 3rd shift hours (10 PM – 7 AM) and overtime as needed.
• Bonus: Background in farm machinery or family farm operations—a plus for mechanical problem-solving skills!
