Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
• Taking direction from the supervisor to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Transferring carts of production in and out of chillers and organizing them in the work-in-progress area.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are 18 years or older and can stand for up to 10 hours a day in a cold environment (38°F) while wearing required PPE.
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and are comfortable performing physical tasks, including transferring carts and flipping trays as needed.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED-equivalent; bilingual in Spanish and prior food industry knowledge are a plus.
