Job Title: Talent Advisor
Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and implement strategies to enhance:

Employee engagement

Execute programs that support:

Talent redeployment and retention

Skill development

Effective and efficient communication

Communicate safety policies, best practices, and updates to Talent

Address and resolve Talent-related issues promptly and professionally

Use feedback and engagement scores to identify and drive process improvements

Balance operational efficiency with high-quality service delivery to meet customer needs
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Solid understanding of HR/staffing practices including:
-
Onboarding and offboarding
-
Talent management
-
Employment law
-
Contract language
-
-
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships (internal & external)

Results-oriented and detail-focused in a fast-paced, evolving environment
-
Effective communicator across all levels of management
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
