Temporary Recruiting Assistant
Location: La Vergne, TN
Assignment Dates: October 9th – November 14th
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: 30 hours per week, Flexible 1st Shift Hours (Monday – Friday)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Assistant to join our team in La Vergne, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources while supporting our team through a busy period. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with candidates and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for basic qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with candidate tracking, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in Lever (Applicant Tracking System).
- Support the recruiting team with new hire paperwork, onboarding coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties to support the talent acquisition process as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or office administration is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
