Job Title: Bindery/Lettershop Operator
Location: Dialog Direct – Highland Park, MI
Employment Type: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (via Kelly Services)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Flexible (morning)

Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bindery/Lettershop Operator to join our team in Highland Park, MI. This long-term temporary role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment and develop hands-on experience with bindery and lettershop operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain bindery and lettershop equipment (folders, cutters, inserters, stitchers, etc.)

  • Review job tickets to ensure work is completed accurately and on time

  • Perform quality checks to verify finished products meet client specifications

  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Previous bindery and/or lettershop experience required

  • Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment with strong attention to detail

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
