Clamp Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Lancaster, TX
Pay: $19.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
A well-established company in Lancaster is seeking an experienced Clamp Operator to join their 2nd shift warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong track record of clamp truck operation and a commitment to safety and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate clamp trucks to safely move product throughout the warehouse
-
Load and unload materials without damage to inventory
-
Follow safety protocols at all times — a clean safety record is required

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Work mandatory overtime on Saturdays as required
What We’re Looking For:
-
2–3 years of clamp truck experience
-
No prior forklift-related accidents
-
Valid driver’s license required
-
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
-
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
