Job Title: General Laborer – Distribution Terminal
Location: Rincon, GA
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Assignment: 3-4 weeks with consideration for long-term warehouse work based on attendance/performance

Position Overview:
Four General Laborers are needed for a special project cleaning approximately 3,200 block pallets for a customer prior to their use in production. Tasks will be performed outdoors in direct sunlight, using a water and bleach solution. Tyvek suits, K95 masks, safety glasses, backpack sprayers, and cleaning solution will be provided. Candidates who demonstrate consistent attendance and performance may be considered for long-term warehouse roles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean block pallets using a water/bleach solution, spraying and scrubbing as needed
  

• Work outdoors in direct sunlight, adhering to safety protocols
  

• Wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (Tyvek suit, K95 mask, safety glasses) at all times
  

• Use necessary equipment (backpack sprayers, cleaning solutions) efficiently
  

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  

• Communicate any safety/supply issues with supervisors
  

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion

Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
  

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
  

• Physically able to lift, move, and clean pallets throughout the shift
  

• Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear required PPE
  

• Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
  

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  

• Steel toe boots required
  

• Drug and criminal background screens must be completed

• Potential for long-term warehouse employment
