We’re seeking an Assembly Specialistand a Receiving Specialist to work in Utica, NY.

Job Title: Assembly Specialist
Location: Utica, NY
Pay: $16 per hour
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What’s a typical day as Assembly Specialist? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members

• Possess less than one year of related manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required)

Job Title: Receiving Specialist
Location: Utica, NY
Pay: $16.50/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Full-Time | Overnight

What’s a typical day as Receiving Specialist - Placement Order? You’ll be:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organizing and staging inventory for next-day truck transfers
• Preparing materials for loading and distribution throughout the warehouse
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and inventory movement
• Maintaining accurate inventory organization and storage locations
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient overnight operations
