Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Pick/Pack
Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $17.30/hr.
2nd Shift: 19.25/hr.
Schedule (10-hour shifts):
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Join a team supporting high-end electronic products in a clean, organized warehouse environment! As a Warehouse Associate you’ll help ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while supporting daily operations.
What you’ll do:
- Pick and pack products based on customer orders
- Scan materials and move products using warehouse systems
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for shipment
- Prepare orders and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and material handling
- Work with a team to meet daily goals
What we’re looking for:
- Warehouse, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers/scanners (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety focused
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Shift: 6:00pm–4:30am, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Weekends Off)
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr, Paid Weekly
Position Overview:
Responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and distributing parts in a traditional warehouse environment, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and warehouse standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick parts according to customer orders and place them in designated work areas
- Read and interpret customer orders, shipping orders, and related documents
- Move and organize items from bulk containers or racks based on sequencing criteria
- Fill requisitions or stock requests and maintain designated areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible workspace
- Scan materials and follow standard work instructions
- Assist in accurate tracking and counting of inventory; may support physical inventory counts
- Perform basic facilities maintenance duties (sweeping, dusting, mopping, organizing)
- Contribute to overall warehouse orderliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer literate, with WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
- Self-motivated, able to work in a diverse team environment
- Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed
- Able to read and interpret safety, maintenance, and procedural documents
- Capable of basic mathematical calculations
- Compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 25 lbs daily; occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, stair climbing
- Frequent twisting at the waist; rare pushing/pulling
- Required vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
