    Overview:

    We’re seeking a detail‑oriented CNC Machine Technician to support manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce high‑quality metal and plastic components. This role ensures machines run efficiently, parts meet all quality standards, and production schedules and customer delivery commitments are achieved.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Operate CNC equipment, including start‑up procedures, daily maintenance, and safe machine operation.
    • Follow traveler documents and work instructions for each job.
    • Verify that all parts meet quality requirements using company inspection techniques and measurement tools.
    • Support machine conversions according to the production schedule, based on skill level.
    • Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure machine programs meet quality and performance goals.
    • Perform end‑of‑shift duties, end‑of‑job tasks, and housekeeping responsibilities.
    • Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and emergency procedures.
    • Demonstrate strong reliability, punctuality, and effective communication in English.

    Machine Proficiency (Varies by Level):

    Technicians may work with multiple CNC machine types, including:
    STAR ECAS‑20T, SW‑20, SB‑12RG, SL‑10, SR10JC, ST38, SV‑20R, SW‑12 RII.

    Inspection Equipment Proficiency:

    Depending on level, technicians may use:
    Drop gages, handheld micrometers, Heidenhain, KLM, RCG, TMS, Vici M306, Vici X5, and other dimensional/functional inspection tools.

    Education & Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Technical education in machining preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to exert push force up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    Overview

    We’re seeking a reliable Plant & Facilities Maintenance Technician to support facility upkeep, basic repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance across the property. This role also assists with maintaining company vehicles and forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operation.

    What You’ll Do

    • Keep the facility and surrounding property clean, organized, and in good working condition.
    • Inspect and evaluate repair needs for buildings, equipment, and facility systems.

    What You’ll Do

    • Operate lathes, mills, and grinders to cut, sharpen, bore, grind, repair, or manufacture tools made from metal or plastic materials.
    • Inspect, fabricate, and finish tools using visual inspection, microscopes, micrometers, automated measuring instruments, chamfering, buffing, polishing, and other finishing techniques.
    • Read and interpret technical drawings.
    • Perform basic machine maintenance and follow housekeeping procedures.
