    General Warehouse Associate / Production Team Member

    Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience, position, and shift)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in a variety of warehouse and manufacturing roles. Opportunities may include Warehouse Associates, Packaging Technicians, Production Associates, Forklift Operators, Material Handlers, and other general labor positions. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
    • Assemble, inspect, and produce products according to company standards
    • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
    • Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
    • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred for forklift roles)
    • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
    • Support team members and supervisors with daily production goals

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
    • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is a plus
    • Forklift experience is preferred for forklift operator positions
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Schedule

    • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
    • Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts depending on business needs
    • Overtime may be available
