Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I – Rotational Molding Machine Operator
Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Department: Rotational Molding
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotational Molding Department as a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of rotational molding machines to produce quality parts.
- Utilize power tools as needed and follow established finishing procedures.
- Accurately read a ruler and adhere to finishing guidelines to ensure product standards.
- Examine finished parts, rejecting those not meeting quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
- Take initiative and work independently when required.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with power tools.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong work habits and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.
